Class Timetable

All our gym classes are held in our base location at John Kelly Hall in Rathnure Village. Our classes are coached and include options to suit all fitness and ability levels. Indoor rowing offers a full-body workout where the machines provide resistance aiding muscle growth and our class pacing help to improve overall fitness and endurance.

Steady State

Monday 7pm

Steady State rowing is an aerobic workout done at a gentle pace and sustained for longer time periods.
Aerobic workouts have great cardiovascular benefits and improve overall fitness.
Very popular classes as the gentle pace allows for great conversation and plenty of laughs.

Circuit Training

Wednesday 6pm

Circuit training blends simple bodyweight movements with lightly weighted exercises to build strength and improve fitness.
This full-body workout is tailored to your own fitness level to help build strength and endurance.
Coach Alan keeps everyone motivated in this fun and friendly group training session.

Interval Training

Friday 7pm

Our interval training involves repeated short intervals of high intensity rowing with rest periods between.
Interval training boosts cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength.
These sessions will make you sweat and leave you feeling it the next day!

Social Hike

Monthly - 2nd Sunday

Held the 2nd Sunday of each month (weather permitting), our social hikes are very popular and a great way for our members to get to know each other.
2pm at The Meeting - parking is limited.
These are social hikes, the walks are suitable for all and followed by coffee/pints in Conran's.
